Aashayein Foundation is organizing WalkOn 09, a walkathon, is a step towards realizing a dream - A dream of having 100% Literacy in India. WalkOn-09 is a platform where people from all walks of life are invited to come together for the cause of Education. This also intends to create an opportunity for people to come forward and involve one-self to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children.
Aashayein Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) run by a group of youngsters, mostly IT professionals and students. This NGO was formed on 19th May, 2007. The NGO‘s objective is to empower children from economically weaker sections of society by providing monetary / non-monetary support in the field of education.
