Accounts Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Fulfill all legal and tax statutory requirements
2. Responsible for salary disbursement of all employees by interacting
with AC/C-HR.
3. Monitor & maintain records of the transfer of goods to Division Office
4. Monitoring & reconciliation of Division Office Accounts.
5. Sales & Bank A/c daily
6. Other physical vouchers weekly.
7. Maintain all A/cs of the territory
8. Maintain Cash levels for procurement & expenses.
9. Bank Accounts & Bank book maintenance.
10. Entering all purchase in the system.
11. Maintenance of asset register.
Desired Skill Sets:
1. Knowledge of all legal and tax statutory requirements
2. Monitoring & reconciliation company Accounts.
3. Daily maintenance of Sales & Bank accounts.
4. Cash Management.
5. Bank Accounts & Bank book maintenance.
6. Maintain records of the Accounting Data.
7. Maintaining record of company asset.
Qualifications: Mcom / Bcom with proficiency in Computer.
Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in Accounting
