Mr. whatever your name for your kind information in the past centuries and before 1947 there were also a type of reservation like administration for alleged khastrya ,education and other society related jobs for alleged brahmin,and business, banking related job for alleged vaisya caste group. in that scenario today's alleged sc caste group was discriminated only because of their caste not for their financial status in consequence most of the sc people (approx 90%)belong to economically weaker section of society. this is the fact why reservation is provided on the behalf of caste not on basis of financial status. In fact almost 90% people of general category are financially strong. You should not cheat 90% poor sc just for 10% poor general.
Mr uday bhan singh whoever you are. As per survey conducted by national sample survey of India a whopping 65% of upper carter are economically backward. I don't know who gave you your wrong statistics. and if there was discrimination before independence it should not continue now on the basis of caste. reservation should be based on economic considerations only and not on vote bank politics. Backward caste list was created long back in 1990s and after that many people in those castes have developed. no effort has been taken to remote such castes from the list. my sincere request is to base reservation only on economic considerations and not otherwise.
aap kis survey ki baat kar rahe hain.........mere saath ke general class ke ladke jo ki high school tak pass nhi kar paye thai......aaj idhar udhar se form dal kai pass ho k naukri kar rahe hai ......isliye nhi ki unme bhahut talent thaa balki sirf iss lye konki wo finacially strong aur unke relatives administration me high posts par hai(socially strong)............india me jugaad badi cheej hai.....aaj agar kanhi administration me koi sc/st hai to wo mahaj reservation ki wajah se nhi to inki ye 21% seats bhi juggad aur discrimination ki bhet chadh jati............agar aapki ray ke according reservation economic basis pe diya jayega to sabhi general wale low income certificate banawa sakte hai.........iska fayda sidhe-2 sirf aur sirf general class ko milega kunki govt k her deptmnt me paisa chalta hai yaa fir aapki jugaad ho....jo ki sabse jyad general class ke pass filahal he...hajaro saal ke discrimination k adverse effect ko mahaj 60 saal me khatm nhi ho sakta it will take some more time(approx upto 2050)......so my humble request is that the base of reservation should be caste not any other considration(financial status).
