We at HANS have found out the basic reason for technology misuse as the lack of awareness among the masses. The pace at which the technology is seeking heights does not match with the pace at which the masses are acquiring knowledge about its true usage and effects. Most of the people in India do not even know that we have Cyber Laws to safeguard the country's people from being a victim to the Cyber Crime. Even trivial matters of concern are taken care of. But just that since no one knows about its existence, it stands completely ignored and unused.
