Courage to Lead-2009 - Leadership Programme for School Leaders

The purpose of the program is to redefine school leadership and learning and in the process build a community of school leaders who can learn and work together on the challenges and possibilities that exist in our school education system. One of the important objectives of the program is to understand what it takes to build an empowering and enabling culture in a school. It’s a fifteen day fully residential program with three modules of four days each and three one-on-one coaching sessions. The main objective of the coaching sessions is to assist school leaders to create a blueprint/plan for school improvement and development for their respective schools.
The schedule of the program is a. The first module is from Nov 19 to 22, 2009 at Camp River Wilds in Shivpuri, Rishikesh. b. The second module is from Dec 26 to 29, 2009 at ATGMC, Sector 62, Opp Heritage School, Gurgaon c. Third module is from Feb 18 to 21, 2010 at ATGMC, Sector 62, Opp Heritage School, Gurgaon
