I have heard from many people that this is a very good initiative. If Udai can, then we should surely try to contribute to it. Also, if somebody wants to take up the OMR software I did, please do so! It doesn't seem that I'll be able to work on it any time soon: http://www.cs.uwaterloo.ca/~a3seth/udai/OMRProj/README.html
The target audience of the site is not clear to me. Actual NGO workers may find the site hard to use, I think. People who are tech-savvy, may not actually need it.
