Hey that is great, have you heard about Scojo foundation, (Vision Springs). Apparently they do lot of work in making low cost glasses available to people. Maybe if required you may want to get something going with them.
I would also be interested in knowing does LV Prasad Eye institute provide glasses for free. Is it part of some scheme or how does this partnership go about?

Yes LV prasad does the diagnosis for free and provide spects at no cost. LV Prasad is a govt aided hospital for this purpose.
