I am working on a project for which we are looking for young Indian achievers. The focus is on kids and young adults between the ages of 14 and 21 who've accomplished much beyond their age. Their achievement must be unique, inspiring and ideally, with an element of "against all odds". The idea of the project is to inspire the youth to make a difference by supplying them with stories of everyday role models. Instances include Arjun Vajpai, the youngest to summit Mt Everest and national hockey player Yuvraj Walmiki whose rags-to-riches story is noteworthy. In this regard, I was wondering if you could help me with more instances of such youngsters who merit recognition on a national platform and haven't been written or spoken about in the media yet. Do let me know. I have till next week for this.
It will be super if you can ask around and forward the responses to me.
